Objectives:

• To improve overall general health of community members.
• To ensure access to maternal and child health care.
• To improve the health status of adolescent girls.

• Organizing OPD and health check-up camps.
• Covid-19 test and vaccination drive for communities.
• Meeting with village health committee.
• Meeting with adolescent girls on Anemia, sanitation and personal hygiene.
• Food distribution among needy villagers.
• Bleaching powder distribution.
